Right guys.... On my vts ive got the sandy brown gsxr body kit on... its on standard ecu and it does actually once warm idle okay, driving sometimes its a bit boogy. My mate had to make a little bracket up on the left hand side of the boddies to fit the standard tps to make it run and rev better becasue the tps what came with the boddies is obviously diffrent and would run aswell as the standard tps does! its running rich so needs sorting! I have been looking at predator ecu etc but im wondering if i can actually or does anyone know have contact numbers where i can get the stadard ecu mapped? & they can do the timing & fueling!? Mobile Mapping anyone had that done or suggest that? & if i got a pred ecu or some sort of standalone would the gsxr tps run better with that ecu instead of the standard vts tps? Cheers guys.
Important! : Throttle boddies/Ecu- On a serious note!

#2dont know how many qustions i can answer but i would stop driving it until its sorted i was driving my car once i fitted the pred, jenveys and cams i was overfuelling, and now my oil is pressurising so we think my piston rings have been damaged by the overfuelling, i had my pred mapped at morthampton motorsport and they took LOADS of fuel out, my engine still made 155bhp so it hasnt lost power but im pretty sure im going to have to replace my rings in the fuiture

#3Hmm I just rang collin satchell who makes the kit and hes recommened aftermarket ecu and get it mapped i think its gonna have to be that tbh!

#4im amazed you spent that much money on bodies, yet still havent the slightest clue whatsoever what you are doing1 user thanked this post:

#5so much easier to map an aftermerket ecu and much quicker so saves on mapping time, they charge £108 per hour at northampton

#6Read what Sandy Brown put in your other thread maybe.

#7A standalone ecu is an absolute must with bodies, you are never going to get the engine to run right using the standard one. It will cost you more now but in the long run it will save money on mapping/engines etc
