shortend shocks???

   hello there if i drop my car 40mm/50mm all round do i have to get shortend shocks for the back???? or do i just get some apex shocks???? thanks peeps

   you dont get shortened shocks for the back apex ones are made for the job

   no worries mate, have you got shortened front shocks? thats what people mean by having shortened shocks

   yes mate although id been up since 3am so i was dead on my feet lol i didnt get home till half 10
   
   most shocks are standard height, billies and the such have standard size rears
   
   i searched for ages to find the selix ones i had

   I was knackered I didn't get up Untill half 6 but I was watching a horror film in the hotel bar until 2am then watched dawn if the dead back in the room ha I was waiting for some smart arse to say they had some custom/rare rear shocks lol

   i swapped them for Grp N's at the back but didnt like them so put on some B8's but didnt like them on track on sunday either

    Well I'd have shortened shocks at any height so it handles better, you don't need shortened shocks its just advised to get them depends if you want the looks or handling, but the standard shocks will wear out/bottom out sooner so if your shocks are on their last legs anyway just means you'll have to rip your car apart again to fit new ones

    Best value ones are the apex kits off kamracing £211 for the kit in 4 different heights
