Is this needed??

    This came off my saxo today....


    Its part of the air intake. Just wondering is it needed? One pipe cam from the manifold heat sheild and the other from a air feed from the slam panel. Does anyone know what it specificly is and is it needed??

    it sucks warm air from by the exhaust manifold into the inlet system to help the cold running of the car or something stupid like that

    Helps your car warm up quicker so doesn't need to use as much fuel
