vtr manifold phase 2

   is there any manifolds that will fit without interfering with the cotton oil filter? and without melting it?

   Piper manifolds dont hit it or get close but they are expensive brand new

   Yes, One I bought. Toyosport - fits perfect with no oil filter relocation on mark two VTR y reg - no problems with it and its made a difference to power - and nice sound. £ 140 new off ebay.

   I thought I had heard somewhere the toyosports manifolds were a terrible fit

   Mine was alright. No pics of it fitted im afraid. Didnt bother taking any. But the guy fitting it compared it more or less to a raceland .

   My supersprint fitted, but it needed two gaskets to clear it properly and i put some heat wrap on there aswell so it doesnt get too hot.

   Yeah i heat wrapped my toyo... and also it came with gaskets too.
