Battery Cables, What goes where

    Right, basically I'm useless so I'm after some help as I'm nowhere near a saxo



    2 cables in the picture above, 1 numbered in white, one in red.

    Which cable is neg/pos and where do the numbered ends go?

    Red one and 2 are both negative/the entire cable is the ground cable for the battery - As to were they go the longer one goes to the side of the engine [Exactly were I dont know off the top of my head] and the other just goes on the car body, you could put it anywhere really not to sure on its original placeits not far from the battery itself

    White is positive - number one goes to the starter motor. 2+3 go to the fuse box.

    Black is negative - 1 goes to wing earth 2 goes to either chassis or gearbox.

    Can check to be 100%..

    1 earth to the chassis / 2 on the gearbox!
