Specs of my car are;

oem valves,
newman valve springs with oem caps
wiseco 80 mm forged pistons 12,5 cr
forged conrods
Adjustable cam pulley Kentcams
Atspeed İTB,
Omex 600 ecu
Oem fuel pump
AEM fuel regulator
Msd coil and wires
Qualife locked differential
Custom ceramic Clucth
13/61 final drive
Saxo Spoox QuickShift
Saxo Mocal oil cooler kit (stainless steel)
custum 4-1 headers with 60 mm cat pipe.

I need advice from the experinced members, because ,
my car is not fast from the
106gti's with ph4 camed with out ecu and itb .
There must be some think wrong ,
how could a car with out itb, ecu and stage 4 camed could be faster than my car.
Any ideas, any tips, help me
