   I have both, both have issues. The griffiths fouled with my engine loom, and the compbrakeguide grubs screws are Shiite, so had to upgrade to stainless.

   Really tricky to setup, took about an hour, to get it to feel right.
   Better is hard to define, I wouldn't pay the new price for one though. But I like it very much.

   Can be a faff with the gmc getting it how you like it to feel. Wouldn't say it makes the shift feel better on its on, modding the selector arm so it's got no room for play made a bigger difference to mine

    I would go for a bake style quick shift gear stick if you want cheapish. the comobrake style i found shit. grub screws dont grip properly. so i set mine up then welded it.
    just didnt like the feel of it so ebayed and that payed for a baker quick shift
