-
#10Getting worse guys checked the service history full service and cambelt done at 105,000 its only done 106,203
-
#11Check the filter on your induction kit to make sure its clean as this may not have been done at the last service anyway.
Did the last service include spark plugs?
If not, change them. -
#12i had this problem a while ago on my old VTR, i changed the air FIlter, oil and spark plugs and seemed fine. could be air blockage
-
#13also check all inlet hoses for cracks or perishing, probably also well worth having an emission check and see what your lambda is reading too
-
#14Cheers lads no i changed the plugs last month they was white on the end and i did a compression test and all thw cylinders was fine took the new plugs out again and white again it cuts out all time if you are stood for a while and missfires like a biatch fueling issue maybe or coilpack? Smokes.quite.bad when cold.aswell clear smoke.that is sorry for.spelling and no punctuation im on my phone and at work lol

#15Mine did this before. It was going into limp mode. It was horrible, when i put my foot down it didn't sound like the air filter was sucking or anything. My made plugged it in, but before we could see the codes he wiped it. There were loads aswell, I wish he didn't wipe them straight away.
Anyway since then it hasn't gone back into it, this was in like November I think last year.
So get it plugged in and see if there is any stored faults.
