Gear linkages

   So was under my saxo the other day and noticed I could see my gear linkages was just wondering if there should be some kind of guard or something can anyone help???

   Nope. Their exposed to the elements. it's fine/normal

   U would think there should be a guard to protect them how much does new ones cost cos they seem all loose ??

   If you're under the car and it's in neutral it will feel loose. It's normal. If its sloppy when in gear (ie, gear changes) that's not normal (well, it's a common fault so perhaps it is "normal" ) then http as fixable. Lots of diffiperent solutions and guides. Have a search of the forums

   I think standard ones cost more than uprated ones if you bought them direct from Citroen?
   
   Uprated set can be had for £30ish second hand so cheap really.
