    Hi Guys ,

before is start this question probably gets asked all time but idk.

My car had a new headgasket around 3 months ago.. ive been driving it very carefully (Granny style) for all this time.. The engines always been on the hot side as the radiator had a little leak but always at work ive never been too fussed as i can go 50 without much movment on the temp gauge. but yesterday i decided to get a new rad as i need to travel to london on wednesday.. anyway it now overheats when you go above 40mph, idle is dead on half on the gauge after 10 mins or so and stays there. fan comes on like it should.. Im just soo annoyed at saxos atm blead the system 4 times properly with header tank and left idleing for 15 mins with bleed points open with no luck

NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO.... please help
    ps. sorry for the essay..

You bleeding it through using all three bleed nipples, and letting the water run through each for a couple of seconds to make sure all the air has passed through, then topped up with a mixture of anti-freeze and water?

Also how much antifreeze did you use in comparison to water?

Yeah you can sometimes cut the odd corner with the cooling as long as you've got most the air out, I was just suggesting to the op what he could do to improve it as it sounds like he might have an air lock

Btw I'd make sure you get some antifreeze before the weather gets too much colder lol
