#2I use king bearings...

#3sounds like you have incorrect big end shells --
are these rods for std pistons 19.46mm or small piston pin 18mm for kit cars pistons -
#4standed mate, the locaters are on opersite sides no one i ask has had this problem before?
-
#5If you feel rods are wrong take it up with the CAT dealer you bought rids from
-
#6thats the trouble been sold them on axoc as catcam rods now been in contact with cat cam and told they aint catcam! will have to claim throught paypal

#11Why would you want cat cam rods... Bin fodder.

#12Looks like mine are the same as this too, can't send them back either. Major ball-ache.
Any suggestions with regards to having some custom bearings made up?
Im guessing its not possible to have the rods machined to suit either. -
#13if the bore of the rod is the correct size then adding the small notch wouldn't be an issue.
what's the bore size of the big end? -
#14They're down the unit so can't measure just now. I'll find out and post up. Would having a suppose groove not cause an issue though? I thought as a part of the bearing to rod would have a gap. Balancing etc?
