   are main ones that come to mind there are others to choose from best advice for this is to talk to whoever you are going to get to map it and see what their preferred system is. In regards to the bodies best bet is post rest of spec up see if its worth it

    Forget reading about what other people have fitted for a moment.
    You need to work out who you want to map your car. Theres no point in choosing a Motec for example if you have to take your car 300 miles to the nearest place that can do it.
    
    Find your local rolling road / tuning place and speak to them about what ECU's they are experienced in mapping, then work back from there.

    It was a joke bro, chill I don't doubt a rally car runs pectel. They're a damn good ecu - my point was you generally don't (and I never have yet) seen a "regular" user use one on a road car.

    Huge money, but (hush!) a lot of ECU's support 95% of the functions the pectel offers. The pectel is really orientated towards motorsport though, right down to mil-spec connectors and sealed internals etc (talking about the upper end pectel ecus here btw, to avoid confusion).
