#9K&N 57i are pretty good and should fall within your budget. Why are you putting one on? If it's just for the noise any cheap one will do. If your after performance I would recommend upgrading the panel filter in your air box, all these lovely induction kits say they offer "increased performance" however rather than sucking in nice cool air from the front of the bonnet the suck in hot air from the engine bay. With hot air not compressing as much as cool air any performance gained is lost. People do try positioning ducting to try and get to the cool air but it's a bit of a mugs game. They do sound/look good though.

#11standard K&N panel for the standard air box.
i dont like cones on a VTR, or anything for that matter.
VTRs make a really droney induction noise, teamed with a decat exhaust they sound worse.
for performance i would rate the standard airbox with a K&N/green panel filter. -
#12Im going for k&n replacement i think.
