#4Havent tried that yet! Didnt know if there was a way of telling easy?
-
#5If he can exceed 62mph in third thought then it is for sure
Alternatively if you PM Prickle he should be able to tell you, he has vast experience with the VTR engines, in particular their rev pattern and should be able to distinguish it quite easily. -
#6a lot of the time the rev limit will have been raised.
-
#8Is that second or third gear for 62 mph?
-
#12Speedos are shit and aren't worth relying on.
-
#13its not about how fast you do in second, i could have a gearbox and then have such ratio on second gear that i could achieve 80 in 2nd?
unless its had mods to engine i dont see why it would have a map.. -

#15So now when you hit 62mph in 2nd, open the door and jump out screaming I believe I can fly. The amount of echo from the nearby houses will will determine if it's cammed.

#17The only way i could tell mine was remapped was that when i turned the front foglights on it would spin up in 4th gear on a dry day lol
.....on a serious note, the rev limit would be around 7,000rpm or higher not the usual 6250rpm limit, but other than that you wouldnt know unless you had it done yourself
