   are they in a diff place to norm?
   
   the box isnt behind the dash.. and cant see the wiring it should be plugged into is either..
   
   it looks like the loom has been messed on with in the past so im thinking it may have been removed completely for an aftermarket alarm..but cant see one of these either
   
   got too dark before i could check anything else

   Best way to check if it there turn on the ignitsion and look for the key sign to show for a second or 2

   not exact science though cam as few of my R's have never flashed even on start up with an immob
   
   cheers lads.. i thought theyd be in same place.. just wondering as i know alot of pugs are on the drivers side

   It dont flash on start up the second click when you first turn it on, it will light up for a few seconds

   if i cant find it ill just wire it a see if it starts without the key... not going back on road anyway.. just need to make sure ecu is unlocked

    could just be a dodgey bulb.. but my green R wasnt
    
    as that would occasionally lock and not start
    
    or it would keep flashing the whole time you were driving lol
