these are a pain its on and running but reving its nackers off at 3k!! connected all the sensors up to the obvious ones that fit , but on the throttle body of the s1 inlet the is a sensor with four prongs that says magnet marell then vdo but there is not a connection for this and on the inlet there is a metal pipe left over what a pipe should go on and ive connected the ecu breather to the top one of the metal pipes on the inlet and blanked one off !!

Is it the black round cylinder located on top of the trottlebody?

This it the idle control valve, this lets the air bypass the throttle plate to control the revs/idle speed.

Did you modify the inlet to run with the saxo idle controlvalve? If so you need to blank this of and stop it from lettting air in. If you diddnt modify it to run with the saxo one you need to extend the original wires to reach the valve.
