Is this an easy job on the saxo? Are there any special tools required? And am I right in hearing you need to change the water pump too?

#28V is rather easy to DIY. Should take a couple of hours tops.
Its recommended that you change the water pump, they can be a nightmare to get off, but dont be afraid to give it a good hit! -
#3The 8v TU is easy enough to do. Tbh the hardest part I found was taking off the cambelt covers! If you've done cambelts before, you should have no problems tbh. Personally I would change the water pump as well, seeing as you have taking everything off anyway.
