   Hi what do sportex exhausts sound like on a Vtr?

   They sound good I think, mine sounded alot better when I decated the car but obviously alot louder

   I dont think they sound as good as other systems. They sound abit farty and dont silence much.

   does any 1 know where I can get the bolt that goes through my cat and into the side of the gear box I have a saxo vtr

   Don't listen value for money it's a good fitting sounding exhaust but only the 3 inch model

    By the way, they fit well and do the job, BUT, if you strip the car out you can hear the exhaust much better. fit a 4/2/1 then fit a supersprint, then a Piper, then a sportex and the noise is immediately apparent. Sporex doesnt silence much low down, it works well with a cat mani, where the car wont be that loud, but not so good if its the only silencer.

    People talk about drone on cheap exhausts etc, i have a Saxsport System on my VTR and thats not exactly 'cheap' and thats droney as fuck at 70! I had a Sportex Backbox on my Corsa and it sounded pretty good! Raspy as fuck and popped on the upchange if you caught the right rpm, with the cat sounded like any old backbox, decat and its pretty good imo! go on youtube and put in Saxo Sportex, there will be plenty
