Vtr/s bike bodies

Ok here goes... Ive had a search about but cant see any real answers on this... The idea of gsxr600/1000 bodies are taking my fancy atm... Only thing is that i cant find what is needed to run them of after market management... Some say you can use the std tps off the gsxr some say a 1.3rallye one... I think im over thinking it... Also injectors... Use the bike ones or saxo ones? Kinda split decisions....

Im gonna be running it on an emerald ecu and obviously need to make the intake manifold... And air filter panel... Worth going for an adjustable fpr? They shouldnt need to run anymore than 3-3.5 bar should they? Walbro pump? Help would be nice as i think its simpler than im thinking it is... The mapping bit aint a problem i can do that myself but just what setup is a fairly decent one to go for??

    Thanks

bike injectors are large enough AFAIK, rallye tps wont fit, use the bike one.

standard fuel pressure is sufficient, you'll need a remote FPR holder from Jenvey or colin satchell, unless you have a late single fuel line car with the FPR at the back.

standard fuel pump is also sufficient however some form of swirl pot may be an idea, but that can wait till later.

Clio 182 injectors are Pico style and fit I believe, that or the bodies are altered to suit.

Cheers thats cleared that bit up knew it would be simple and 600 or 1000 bodies? What are the sizes?

wasn't someone on here looking at making a cheapish set? ie, making a manifold etc to bolt some bodies straight on

i used a colvern cp17 TPS with my jenveys, but obviously these are designed different to bike bodies, so as said the bike tps can be wired in, i used std injectors/fuel pump/fpr etc

i simply bolted them on, wired in my new TPS, cable tied the IAT sensor to the brake bar, fitted a longer inner throttle cable, hooked up my fuel pipes and away i went!

    (obviously car was remapped)

so tempted, not sure whether to go boost or itbs. Boost comes with more reliability issues/problems tbh lol

Itbs sound best and are better on track imo... Boosted is for the horsepower hunters seriously fast cars some of the turbo ones

Cheers jeff yeah i thought i was thinking too much into it i think as i start to up the power then the fuel pump will have to change and fpr but for a fairly basic setup it looks fairly cheap

Can anyone tell me how to wire in the sensor?
