suspension clonking.

   Got a vtr and when you turn steering wheel there is a clonk on the offside front. Anyone know of any common faults? Looking at suspension top hats there is more thread showing on the offside could the top mount be too tight?

   Could be top strut bearings. (It is on mine anyway amongst driveshaft, balljoints and drop links lol)

   I've changed every part of suspension and still not got rid of this noise mate.
   
   Only thing left the springs 'slipping' slightly on the strut pans.

   I had this issue on my old vtr, never found or cured it. Tried every part on the left side, n left it in the end. Gave up trying to find it lOl
