    im getting a cammed saxo engine

    its a silver top 1.6 8v

    i want to put the head onto my 1.6 blacktop as my engine is only on 45,000

    and the silver top head has been ported and polished

    my question lies with fitting the black top air inlet will it fit and also i have an external coilpack which i wanna keep

    as the silvertop doesnt will this external coil pack work?

    will i still be able to use my loom etc?

    cams running on standard ecu's any problems???

    Black top inlet wont fit the port spacing is different.

    Standard ECU you might find you run out of rev's

    External coil pack will work fine.

    You may need to swap some sensors around on the Mk2 inlet to use your loom.

    right ok the engine has it idle from a hole in the butterfly valve lol i might jus swap my tb

    im guessing the rocker covers are the same as the silvertop looks

    which silvertop is it? Early 90bhp one will work.
    And yes you can keep your external coil pack, I tried this mod last week but going the other way (over plug coil pack to HT coilpack)

    Personally bit of a backwards step in my eyes going to roller rockers but thats just me
