When the engine is idling it seem to rev up and down between 1500 and 2000 rpm, cleaned the idle valve and the temp coolant sensor
Someone please help me it's doing my head in

Are they hard to do? I got the basic knowledge of mechanics and stuff maybe a picture or a guide?

No. 2/3 little torx bolts and out it pops.

Just been out to clean the icv and everything, did it all to find out it was still doing it.
But.. I've been using the car a lot more than usual and the throttle just needed adjusting.. Tampin!! It's fixed now though, cheers guys
