Manifold problems.

   I recently fitted my new exhaust manifold, but at the bottom where the manifold bolts on to the silencer pipe, it just doesnt fit at all.
   
   I used the orginial bolts and the little springs but it just isnt tightening up enough. Really really bad blowing.. If anyone has any solutions. I have a video of the exhaust but would need to send it through whatsapp or iMessage..

   Did you fit a new wire cone washer?

   It does sound to me that you haven't fitted a new exhaust gasket.

   Any motor factors, ask for an exhaust fitting kit.
