It's covered by the coilpack cover so not visible and once on the plug doesn't move as it's secured by the metal clip in the plug lead.

Was absolutely fine on my 400bhp+ setup.

Thanks. Actually i solved it, i read the description on zetec leads at atspeed where it says "can be trimmed to fit a wide variety of 16v cylinder heads" - Wasn't 100% sure what trimmed meant, but i had my suspicions..

Result below, the time was 22:00 , and i had to drive home with the same car, so i had to put the leads like that.. I haven't looked into if i can shorten them, or if i have to buy another set to get the shorter ones..

This did cost me about 94£ (Coil and leads are brand new, bracket i did myself, the connector i got for free from a scrapyard close where i work..)

Got any pics of the bracket or where you mount it? Which are the best leads and coil pack to get? As I heard you can get different ones from different model years. Guessing I can get the whole lot off a car down at the scrapyard

Yes you can get the whole lot of a early focus 1.6 zetec with a gen 1 coil pack that's considered the better of the 2 coil packs from ford the leads also fit with the end cut down.

Also whilst you are there you should get yourself the connector too they ain't cheap.

I got another question.. what leads you using? Mine is to long.. as you can see in the pic above.

Use corsa b 1.4/1.6 16v leads as they fit perfect, coilpack ect on the corsa is in the same place you have mounted yours above and they go to the middle of the engine like saxo 16v's

You need to turn the coilpack so the short leads are less stretched and the longer leads have less slack.
