please help :/

    looking for info about the vacume pump that is on the vts ? why does most people remove it? is there a pipe that goes onto the pressure regulator? surely removing it will loose you power?

    there is a pipe that comes from the head on mk2 vts and most people claim that it is an egr valve. I am sure they are wrong it is a vacume pipe that goes into a pump

    A bit late as I have already removed it. Just need more info about this pump and if it does connect to the pressure regulator ?

    Its an air pump, just blows air in.

    its secondary air injection, used only on cold starts to reduce emissions before the CATs light off. There is no harm in removing it, and it has no influence on fuel pressure.
