   What size injectors should I be looking for ? I'm hoping for around 180bhp on my vtr turbo and info would be great

   4 or 8 injectors?
   
   
   clio 182 injectors should be enough, IIRC they'll flow enough and fit a std rail, IWP042 is the code and they flow 250cc @ 3 bar, you could run them at 3.5 or 4 if needs be.

   4 injectors sorry , clio ones sound cheaper than the others I was looking at what do you think the duty cycle will be at . If there maxing at at 180 on 3.5 fpr I would rather get some slightly bigger ones .

   don't the VTR have different injectors to the VTS (and Clio?)

   gti6 for example runs 265cc injectors, it says you need 274cc/min for 167 bhp
   
   I have seen gti6 injectors used for 240 bhp n-a on a 2.2 XU, where that calculator is stating nigh on 400 cc.
   
   
   if the VTR uses the larger type Weber/Bosch injector then the aforementioned gti6/xsara vts IW204 would be suitable.

   the weber/bosch injectors will fit in a black or early silver top rail no problem, so you could just get a set of those to the spec you need?

   mine is 03 plate so im not sure if they will fit ?

   I'd say they'd fit the head no problem, but what do the holes on the fuel rail look like where the injector seats?
