boost question, Vacuum lines

This might be a stupid question because iv been awake to long, But currently working on my first turbo build

My question is, Master cylinder, Small 16v breather hose from rocker cover to throttle body, and carbon canister line,

Obviously these all work using a vacuum from the negative pressure in the inlet, so do these need some how relocating due to positive pressure / boost being forced down them when turbod ? Or will they be fine ? If so how does a master cylinder work with boost pressure forced down it instead of a vacuum sacking it ? Confused and sleepy

You need one way inline valve, to not allow the boost to go to servo.
