    Sounds like a shagged bearing. Alternator possibly?

    Water pump or alternator bearings I'd say.

    If the water pump bearings were that fucked you'd be expecting coolant loss, so if that's not the case, probably alternator?

    Loosen the belt off the alternator and run it again, if there's no noise, there's your culprit.

    That would explain why I loose coolent.. It goes down to the bottem of the bottle but doesn't empty

    Yeah, that's your problem there then.

    To confirm you can look around the bottom of the back of the sump, it'll likely be coolant stained.

    You're going to want to get that seen to fairly sharpish, if the bearings give out completely then the pump may seize or shear, which will take the cambelt with it, and probably lunch your engine completely, smashing valves into pistons.

    lol, just by the sounds coming out of it I can tell:

    oil needs changing
    cambelt is about to snap
    exhaust is leaking
    air filter is shit
