Orite guys, I bought a Supersprint R series catback centrepipe for my mk2 vtr, before I fitted it today, it was a standard exhaust but the backbox wasn't connected to the centre pipe, making it blow slightly and sounded quite nice and raspy at top end revs.
I fitted the centrepipe today to the standard backbox.
Obviously its alot more quiet amongst the revs but it feels like it has less power. ...
Could it be to do with loss of back pressure orrr because the sound of the blowing exhaust made it seem quicker because it was louder?
