My saxo vts revs upto 8000 rpm and speedo goes off the clocks what has been done to it? I bought it as a standard vts with induction kit. ( it's a very quick car) And I've read that they limit at 7200 rpm

I can only hear the sound of the garage cash register if you continue to rev to 8000rpm

aint nothing wrong with revving to 8k... providing you have the mods to suit.. but judging by the "is my car cammed and mapped?" threads if you dont know if its cammed then it definately wont last long revving at 8k...
