engine revs dipping

   If I rev the engine the revs drop below 500 rpm then sometimes the engine recovers back to idle speed sometimes it stalls - any ideas. Its also started taking quite a few turns to get the engine started where before it started first time

   Could be a number of things: Fuel filter or idle control valve may want cleaning.

   or try a diagnostic see if it brings any faults up

   sorted it, I charged the battery and now its running perfectly WEIRD

   That's odd... might be an alternator problem then
