engine running really rough from start

Hi all i did a thread about this not long ago but cant find it, basically every morning now or when you first start the car after several hours (till engine is cold) the car runs very rough, as soon as you drive away and try to accelerate the engine fights against you like its trying to force itself to accelerate, the car judders very badly and the exhaust sounds like its running on an unmapped engine (as you will see in video) the people on the other thread were helpful and suggested running forte cleaner to clear the injectors, exhaust system inc CAT and also clean up the lambda sensor. After using this the problem improved a little but its come back but worse. Tons of black soot forces itself out the exhaust and spreads over the drive

Now the strange thing is its not constant after driving the car for 15 mins or ragging the engine it idles almost back to perfect like it was never there, and exhaust runs and sounds like normal.

What could be the cause of this as im due to sell the car soon and dont want a damaged engine to sell on lol.

Click on the link below and it will load a video showing you how bad:

Sensor when hot or cold? as the issue only occurs when cold after 15 mins or when engine warms the problem seems to just go.

and how would i test the sensor? Thanks

Get any fault codes read. Or buy a new green and yellow band temp sensor for it and fit one about ten quid or so
