Water-loss

Back again with more problem's, I filled my radiator up to the top the other day as my car was ove-heating, went out and checked today again and can see that there is hardly any water left?

No leeks as I left my car sitting in drive the day I filled up the radiator, can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

I had this same issue on my VTS, I was loosing water for a month or so and I had no visible leaks (but I could smell coolant under the bonnet after hard driving). After a hard drive yesterday the leak finally appeared just below the right hose on the radiator so I would double check your rad for any slight leaks.

If you lost a full rads worth of coolant through the head gasket then surely there would be some cross contamination in the oil and a lot of white smoke under acceleration.

Thank's. I'll check it out as it keep's running low, serious ball-ache and don't want to be forking out for a head gasket.

Just check the system is bled properly through the 3 bleed points.. See if that helps

I honestly don't know what is going on, radiator was empty after a couple of days of illing it, I've been driving the last two days and checked the radiator and it's still full?

Airlock. Is the system bled correctly?

What about the heater,at any point was it blowing cold air when it should have been hot?

If it were an air lock I'd of expected this to happen as its the highest point and usually where the issue is.
