For the 16v, any good? My mates bought one and isnt sure how good they are. I know, Id find out before I bought it too.

Worth keeping? Ive never owned a Janspeed so have no idea.

I had the one with sport cat on and it lasted 3 years till it popped a weld but had it heat wrapped, luckily it was able to be welded up again but lasted another 2 years before I changed it over

The Janspeed is good. Heavy but thats because its not been cheapskated on with inferior quality raw materials. Go too thin and it will rust through quickly or crack due to the expansion and shrinking as it heats up and then cools...

The 8v Janspeed ones have been discontinued now which is a shame.
5 years is longer than most people have their saxo. If it had not been heatwrapped it would have been trouble free. Piss easy to weld though

Cheers all. I now havd the joy of trying to make it fit into his AX, as the standard manifold sits pretty damn close to the rad as standard and the Janspeed looks deeper!

I bolted one on mine when it was na. Didnt use it as they sit very low. Sold it on and bought btb. Ive cracked the btb countless times. Only since supercharging it.

Fitted it the other day. Seems to protrude from the head a bit more than the Milltek so it necessitated moving the rad to the other side of the slam panel. That aside, it does semm well made though it does hang a bit low.

I had a BTB years ago, that left me high and dry when the lower flange fell off 25miles from home. That was a bit of a loud drive.
