What is this tiny part ?

Hello all, after another set of engine mounts, a new mecanique found out that a small part is missing on the Gearbox side mount. Here is the drawing of the missing part:

Does anyone know what is this ? Metal ? Rubber ? any pictures of the actual part ? Where can I get one ?

    Thanks for the help

It's a metal insert that sits inside the rubber mount.

Ordering from a dealer or getting one from a scrap yard is probably your best bet.

so a metal tube same size will do it ? Anyone can measure up the sizes ??

it should fit as tight as possible ??
Im thinking to machine one using stainless steel round bar... drill in the hole and machine the outer part for a tight fit in the mount.

yep and the length must be correct as well so nut clamps the tube in place

i found this picture, i think its showing the missing part inside the mount.

i can see missing part in the mount it is not tube shaped, it has flat sides to fit exactly rubber shape and the length is few mm shorter than depth of mount... is this how its supposed to be ?

The mount he pictured is the bm baker one. I had a couple o them. 2 I ordered didn't come with the metal insert but I just pulled the ones out In the standard ones an slid it in. Works perfect.
