perfect idle but lumpy revs

   I changed the gearbox/oil seals on my 02 vtr now it's revving lumpy. It starts and isles perfect but when I drive it hessitates and stutters like a miss fire. I've also noticed oil on the block and on my drive. When the box was off the engine slipped of its support and was hung by the last mount for a few minutes till I repositioned the Jack. Could I have caused the leak and miss fire like this or is it a coincidence. I've took the crankshaft sensor off cleaned it up, checked all the earths now I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated.    And when I've looked inside the oil filling cap it smells of petrol

   I'd check everything mate, since the engine slipped off your support, you could of snagged the wiring loom somewhere, check every sensor and the wiring with a multimeter, start with the easy ones, map sensor, tps sensor, coil pack etc
