gearbox service

   changed the gearbox oil today and also put in some wynns gearbox traetment. Also used some spray grease on the golf ball/socket at the bottom of the gear lever.
   
   seems to have improved.
   
   measured the oil that came out,which was grotty and black,1.5 litres...2 litres put back in.

   Have a read of this, the roll pin is only 50p from a main dealer and make a massive difference.

   Thanks for that..offski to the dealers I go then. How do you access the setup?..from inside or outside underneath?..
   
   i have to replace a handbrake cable too..

   You knock it out from one wheel arche and back in with the other using a series of extention bars all attached to eachother

   I done mine with the engine out so no dramas, makes a massive difference for 50p
