Seeing as its french i thought i might as well throw this up on here.

Managed to grab it for £50 before it got scrapped. Needs a new wheel bearing and brakes all round. Not bothered about paintwork. Might see if i can get some decent suspension and tyres and do a few trackdays in it until it blows up.

Also bought this for the Mrs.

Should be getting it remapped soon. Should see about 340/400

    £50 is a steal!

What other bits are on the Golf? Or you getting all the hardware done at the same time as map?

Liking the golf, considering one for my next car

I wouldn't even trust my Mrs with a toaster, let alone a Golf R.

May have to screenshot this and post it on facebook with a cheeky tag, then look forward to the picture you upload of you with 2 black eyes and a newly updated status to single.

Its got a Loba fuel pump, Evoms intake and a BCS powervalve exhaust on at the moment. Will have an rs4 fuel valve and Peron intercooler on when its mapped. Torque probably wont be 400 tbh i'd reckon a good 360-380 though. The bhp will be restricted by the Sports Cat unfortunately.

Its also rocking TD 1.2s at the moment. And ive got 20mm springs to put on. After that its brakes.

Its DSG so the mrs can potter around in it like its auto. Quite funny seeing a small woman launching it off the lights though.
