Looking for places for a remap

I'm looking for somewhere to do a custom remap for me on my Vts, preferably in the South West....
    Any suggestions?

If your prepared to travel I recommend Wayne at chipwizards

if on standard ECU then wayne (chipwizards) is one of the only people in the uk (as far as I'm aware of) that can map them still as they use a EPROM which complicates things with most mappers.

If you find any down south / South east / South west let me know

Oh right, that's a bit annoying then, as it looks like Chipwizards is north of Manchester! That's an easy four hours from me, each way :-(

4 hours is nothing for a trip to Waynes. I've heard of people coming from here (Northern Ireland) to get mapped by him. Make a day trip of it, the trip home should be well worth it alone

Wayne's always saying the stock ECU is one of the best to keep, plus it saves you changing looms etc.

    Pretty much this.

We drove from Perth in Scotland to get Wayne to map my friends E46 M3! with a trailer as well.

Standard ECU is complicated for emissions reasons but that means there's a wide variety for modifying it, if you can read/write to it. Which Wayne can

Hmm.. well I may have to make the trip at some point then!

just ensure you take some spares and be prepared to find a local factors... a day trip could end up being longer if you are not prepared

I've had jobs come from as far as Spain so if you're only four hours away you're a local :-)

Of course everything has to be working exactly as it should otherwise the exercise is pointless.

    What spec is your engine?
