Will have to use glossy paint or your gonna have issues seeing in the dark, as all the internal bits on the mk1 light are reflective and the bit on the mk2 that is smoked doesnt really do much for the reflection etc. Especially with the bastard fog were getting at the moment

i have seen it on a mk one before and it looked straing because the indicators were standard, so unless u do summit wit the indicators as well it wunt look rite imo

you can get smoked indicators so ^^^ thats not a problem

a lad on here colour coded his mk2 lights but sprayed everything including the reflective part and apparently they were perfectly legal so i dont see why it would be any different for mk1 lights.

Pic thanks to Bailey on here. You can pass MOT with these just make sure you use gloss not matt as stated above. You can buy the indicators on ebay or r-tech.
