put in the oven at 120 degrees celcius.
Check every 2 mins its not melted.

run a knife along the seal.
    Split them open.

well you can use a hair dryer but the oven is the best because its even heat

i did mine, took a while to get glass off first one, i put one in the oven around 80 degrees fan assisted for about 4 mins.

tip dont grab the plastic mounts as they just come off. put a tea towel around the whole thing and pull it out, get an old shitty knife that you wont use again and run it right the way round pulling the glass aswel.

when i did the second one i left it in the oven longer and it more or less just fell apart.

dont get the glue all over the place as it doesnt come off!

    hope that sort of helps

use a heat gun or hairdryer saves the risk of melting it

mine never melted just i grabbed them by the plastic mounting and just pulled off! hair dryer works but was easier and faster to bung them in my oven

Seems that oven is far easier but if you leave them in there too long you will have problems, so keep checking and a close eye on them!

I have done this to my fog lights on the vtr i had, didnt have a heat gun so used mums hair dryer, it worked but too bloddy ages, i wouldnt say it was easy atall!

The fogs are ALOT harder. I used boiling water for them. Head lights really didnt take that long with just a hair dryer.

Strange i thought they would have been harder as theres more area to unstick the glue?!

So are the fogs a pain to do as im thinking of doing mine soon

Ye but the headlights are stuck together with a different glue and it heats up alot easier and can heat it up and re-seal. The fogs are alot harder to get apart and have to re-seal them with silicon and in my experience yes they are a pain to do
