Meshing Mk2 Front grill

   Jst a quick question, i lent me mate my haynes manual to do it, but he has left the manual in the house, and it meshing it at work
   
   so was just wondering, what do you do for the bolt hole's, so that you can put it back on the car
   
   and how do you put the mesh on? just bond/glue it on or something
   
   sorry the questions arent worded the best, just i'm nt 2 sure on what he's asking
