Mesh Grill... how to do it?

   Hi,
   
   i was thinking of meshing my front grill, and am defo not buying one from ebay for £65 then spraying it myself. fuck that.
   
   so thought i would buy the mesh and do it myself...
   
   but i am prone to destroying things... i have no patience.
   
   so this is basically my plan..
   
   buy some mesh cheap as poss... dunno where from though.
   
   remove front grill, easy enough. done that many a time.
   
   somehow pop out the slated area... am guessing that the slats are altogether as one unit and u can unscrew them and they come away from the actual grill?
   
   then am going to spray the mesh black, and fix it to the reverse side of the grill somehow... probably Araldite or something...
   
   Please let me know if i would be doing this wrong!
   
   can not afford to fuck this up!

   unscrew the slated part
   glue mesh down
   
   jobs a goodun
