#2Rev limit isnt affected by cams, it is electronic so have to have been mapped as well,
-
#3right ok but if it was remaped itwould idle bang on 700-800 shouldnt it? mine jumps from 700 to 1200 and back again constantly
-
#4guess nobody can advise on this 1?
-
#5This is a common fault and not to do with any mods
-
#6on my vts it idles just under a thousand, and they rev to 7200 (something around that figure)

#7Cams will make it idle slightly lumpy
7800 RPM it has had limiter raised
Jumping between 800-1200 on idle will probably mean your ICV needs cleaning. http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...t=cleaning+icv that explains how to do it

#8^^ agreed, and the coolant temp sensor may be at fault also.Quote:Cams will make it idle slightly lumpy

#9Mine revs up to 7500, and sits at 1k exactly when idle. Your dodgy idle does sound like ICV though.
