Hi guys, probably a stupid question but I just bought a 1998 Citroen Saxo VTR today and am now wondering if it is easy to get it to 100hp like the later models. What is the difference between the engines and running gear?

    Cheers, Dan

The later ones run a 1.21 gigawatt rated flux capacitor.

This helps them to reach 88mph faster.

    i wouldn't bother tbh.

S conversion or breathing mods to the 8v imo

8vs can be fun with the right head on them and associated mods but it starts to get expensive after that when you hit the upper limits of the mods. Start with a better base such as a 16v

sell it, buy a phase 2 vtr or a vts

Breathing mods are best place to start

Got the car really cheap. I was after a phase 2 but this came up! Would love a vts, Just cant afford the insurance. Car seems to have a good induction kit and might get an exhaust on it soon.
